What has made us so successful over the years is that we only employ the most qualified inspectors. Our inspectors are required to have BS degrees in Engineering and prior experience inspecting homes. We have completed over 7000 inspections. Premium Home Inspections is an active member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) which requires examination and continuing education of all its member inspectors to stay current as the various systems of a home continue to evolve.  All ASHI members must also abide by a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice in order to maintain status as part of the organization. As a philosophy, we consider ourselves teachers rather than home inspectors. Our goal is not just to point out major problems but, instead, to teach our clients about every aspect of the home they are purchasing which may include maintenance tips, how things operate, what issues to be more concerned about than others, how to prevent problems before they occur, signs to look out for, what to do to keep the home's value up, where the most important valves, switches and meters are located and how to change/adjust settings on equipment.
